To ensure the highest accuracy in our CNC programming and quoting, Reban prefers high-fidelity 3D solid models.

  • Supplementary 2D Drawings: We strongly recommend providing PDF or DWG files for tolerances, thread specifications, and surface finish requirements that are not captured in the 3D model.

We offer flexible shipping terms to accommodate your logistics preferences:

  • EXW (Ex Works): Our standard term where the customer manages pickup, customs clearance, and all associated fees from our facility.
  • DAP (Delivered at Place): We arrange door-to-door delivery via premium carriers like DHL, FedEx, or UPS. Please note that customers remain responsible for local import duties and taxes.
  • Customer Accounts: You may provide your own corporate shipping account number during the ordering process to ensure consistent billing with your preferred carrier.

Lead times vary based on geometry, material availability, and secondary finishes (such as anodizing or heat treatment):

  • CNC Prototyping: Generally 3–7 business days.
  • Low-Volume Production: Typically 2–3 weeks.
  • Complex Assemblies: Timelines are determined during the DFM phase.
  • Transit: Most international orders are shipped via Air Freight, reaching North America or Europe within 3–5 business days after departing our factory.

To facilitate smooth international transactions, Reban offers several secure payment options:

  • Wire Transfer (T/T): Direct bank-to-bank transfers to our corporate accounts in Hong Kong or Mainland China.
  • PayPal & Credit Cards: For rapid processing of prototype orders, we can issue a digital invoice payable via PayPal or major credit cards.

For all new clients and initial prototyping projects, we require 100% payment in advance or a deposit as specified in the quotation.

  • Standard Metals: We follow ISO 2768-f (fine).
  • Standard Plastics: We follow ISO 2768-m (medium).
  • Precision Capability: Typically, we maintain tolerances ranging from ±0.05mm to ±0.125mm. For critical features, our high-precision equipment can achieve even tighter tolerances upon request and technical review.

Our current equipment allows for a maximum machining envelope of 1200 x 800 x 600 mm. For designs exceeding these dimensions, our engineering team can provide a "split-and-join" strategy, machining the component in sections and using precision alignment features for assembly without compromising structural integrity.

To ensure a secure and transparent transaction for both parties, our standard payment structure is as follows:

  • 50% Deposit: Required to initiate material procurement and engineering programming.
  • 50% Balance: Payable upon completion. Before shipping, we provide High-Definition (HD) photos and inspection reports (QC) of your finished parts for your approval. Once the balance is settled, the goods are released for immediate dispatch.

  • Sampling Fee: For clients who require a prototype prior to a batch order, we charge a sampling fee (typically 3–5 times the mass production unit price) to cover the specialized setup and machine time.
  • Refund Policy: Once the subsequent batch order is confirmed, the sampling fee difference is fully credited or refunded to the customer, effectively making the prototype a part of the production investment.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive parts that do not meet the agreed-upon specifications:

  • Resolution: Simply provide us with measurement data or photographic evidence of the discrepancy.
  • Guarantee: Reban will repair or remake the parts for free and cover all additional freight costs to ensure your project stays on track without extra expense.
